Steve Sandham
Owner
Steve is the proud owner of George’s Auto Repair Inc. (since 2018). He has many years of experience in the automotive industry; having initially started as a co-op student at GAR in 2008. As a licensed 310S Technician, Steve has fulfilled his career goal of owning a garage in his hometown of Tillsonburg
Why automotive? What sparked your interest?
Steve’s passion for automotive began at a very young age. His grandfather was a local mechanic and it seemed he could fix anything. This admiration started Steve down the automotive path.
When not at work, Steve enjoys hunting, fishing, boating and spending quality time with his family.

Morgan Cuddy
Service Advisor
Morgan may be the newest employee at GAR but comes with over a decade of experience in the automotive industry having learned from the tire expert himself, Bill Cuddy (A.K.A., Dad).
Why automotive? What sparked your interest?
Morgan wanted to work for her dad and learn about the business he had been a part of since she was a year old. She also loves customer service and building relationships with new customers.
When not at work, Morgan enjoys spending time with her BFF Louie (her dog!). This past year she joined curling. She also likes to run and spend time with her amazing family and friends. .

Ajay Vanhaelewyn
Apprentice
Ajay began his apprenticeship at GAR in 2021. He is currently enrolled in the apprenticeship program at Fanshawe.
Why automotive? What sparked your interest?
Ajay took automotive courses throughout High School and worked occasionally on his family’s vehicles with his dad. Ajay always enjoyed the challenge of working out problems.
When not at work, Ajay enjoys playing volleyball and working on/fixing his own vehicles.
What is Ajay's preferred coffee order?

Zan Papadakos
Apprentice
Zan has been at GAR since 2022. He is currently enrolled in the apprenticeship program at Fanshawe. His only other automotive experience was in High School. However, he will admit he paid little attention during those classes ;)
Why automotive? What sparked your interest?
Zan saw a video of Keiichi Tsuchiya driving his personal vehicle through a mountain road course in Japan. He had never seen that kind of driving before which led him to believe cars could be fun. The more he got into them and learned about cars, he came to love and respect the art of building and maintaining them.
When not at work, Zan enjoys working on his own car, any kind of model building, video games, swimming and relaxing and/or partying with friends and family.
